No Use Empty announces 10 new homes in Dover.
Formerly a nursery school but due to dilapidation and repair costs was forced to close down. The land was purchased by KLN (Tower Properties).
With the support of an interest bearing loan from NUE a brand new development comprising 10 terraced house has been built on the land by a local reputable builder.
