No Use Empty teamed up with GPML Property Services Limited to help bring Ethelbert Crescent in Thanet back into use.
The property on Ethelbert Crescent, Margate had been empty for a long period of time and was an eye sore to the community. GPML Property Services Limited acquired the property and with the help of No Use Empty, have now redeveloped the building into five 2 bedroom apartments all up to the decent home standard.
The project was a huge success with all five apartments being snapped up on leasehold agreements. The great work carried out by GPML Property Services Limited has removed a space which was known for anti-social behavior and vandalism which is an extremely positive outcome.
