The Caxtons’ Property Market Analysis reviews property deals and activity over the last 12 months and also provides an update on Inward Investment shows property supply gradually expanding and consistent planning approvals, but leasing activity reflecting wider economic caution. The report highlights the significant work undertaken by both the private and public sectors to accelerate the delivery of commercial and residential sites across the entire county, recognising the importance of this to the broader economic growth agenda, both regionally and nationally.

Now in its 20th year, KCC’s No Use Empty scheme continues to play a significant role in supporting the recovery of the Kent economy. Despite challenges within the construction sector, demand for short term secured loans remains strong.

NUE coverage starts on Page 38 featuring sections of NUE Residential, NUE Commercial, NUE New Build homes, NUE Business units and several case studies of recent projects across the county including the former Old Wine Warehouse, Charlotte Court, Ramsgate  which has been transformed into three distinct spaces offering a comfortable office environment with hot desks (Ramsgate Works), a café area (Giant) with outside courtyard seating and gardens and an atmospheric cellar bar and performance space (Ramsgate Arts Club).
